Social media & news updates can have a negative impact, try to limit your time spent on them & choose where you obtain information from carefully
3. FOCUS ON THE PRESENT
Focusing on the present moment, rather than worrying about the future or thinking about the past, can help to manage difficult emotions. Relaxation techniques & breathing exercises can help to reduce anxiety
4. GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP
Try to maintain a regular sleeping pattern. Limit screen time, reduce caffeine intake & consider using a mindfulness app
5. STAY CONNECTED
Stay in touch with friends & family via phone calls, video calls or social media platforms
6. SUPPORT OTHERS
Take time to think about how you can support those around you
7. TALK ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL
