Bethany has been a big help. I am doing some of the exercises that she kindly gave me and after she worked on the tight muscle it made an improvement. My pain is getting better after I have seen Bethany and then it flares up if I am very tired at the end of the day. I wish that I had been referred to the Back Clinic earlier, before my pain had become unbearable. It prevented me from sleeping and I was just exhausted by the time that I had my first appointment. Bethany is very good in her work and she has helped me considerably.

I now feel really good and my arm is not bothering me at all now. The tingling in my fingers and left hand has also gone now as well. Well done to Bethany, she did a fantastic job and i would certainly recommend her. Thank you.
